David A Lauer, CPA

David Lauer is a graduate of Rider University with experience working as Fortune 500 internal auditor performing compliance and financial audits of divisions throughout North America. He has reviewed, corrected and designed accounting systems capable of monitoring and reporting for multi-million dollar operations. Dave worked for a medium-size where his expertise in tax and small business consulting was used. Mr Lauer found his passion for working with small business owners and individuals which lead him to the vision that is now New Horizon Treatment Services, Inc. He is firmly committed to bringing big firm experience and technical skills to small business owners and individuals throughout Central Jersey and beyond.

Mr. Lauer has been a life-long resident of Hamilton Township where he lives with his sons Christian and James. He serves on the Executive Board of his local Babe Ruth Baseball League.

Kristin L. Millen, CPA

Kristin Millen attended Rider University and worked in the accounting department of a local family owned business. She completed her CPA exam in 1993. Kristin's retail experience coupled with her eleven years in public accounting have given her a valuable perspective for working with other business professionals. Kristin has worked as the controller for many clients assisting in their daily accounting needs; like budgeting, cash flow management, and banking relations. Mrs. Mullin's constant support allows her clients' management team to be informed from a financial prospective. Kristin remains connected with a multitude of local business and individual clients through monthly reporting and tax season meetings.

Mrs. Mullin lives in Yardley, Pennsylvania with her husband Jonathan and her two children, Jason and Hannah. Kristin is also involved with her local PTA and is part of the Board of Directors for the Trenton Area Daycare Center.

Sherry A. Eib

Mrs. Sherry Eib has more than fifteen years of varied accounting and management experience. She began her career in accounting working for small corporations. She broadened her knowledge in the accounting department of an international retail company. Recently, Mrs. Eib was involved accounting for stocks and bonds for a Princeton Wealth Management Firm. Mrs. Eib's varied experience has been invaluable to David A. Lauer & Company. Her financial aptitude and organizational skills have allowed her to fit into a fast-paced environment.

Sherry Eibs moved into the area from North Jersey over five years ago. She is pleased to be servicing businesses and individuals within her own community. Mrs. Eib currently resides in Chesterfield Township with her husband and two children. She is involved in her community as the Director of the Christian Education Program at her family's church.

Daniel J. Graziano, Jr.

Daniel J. Graziano, Jr., resides in Hamilton Township, New Jersey. Since 1983, Mr. Graziano has been senior partner at the firm of Daniel J. Graziano & Associates, P.C. (formerly Brotman, Graziano & Hubert, P.C.). His practice includes civil trial work and corporate consultation with emphasis on employment law. Other areas in which he does work are:

Real estate
Land use and planning
Representatng public bodies and public employees in litigation and negotiation
Representing non-profit organizations; such as: Princeton Day School, ARC of Mercer County, and New Horizon Treatment Center

At present, Mr. Graziano is General Counsel for Princeton Day School, Far Hills Country ay School, The Darcy School, and The Peck School.

Mr. Graziano has been a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and Mercer County Bar Association since 1973. He has been a member of the Judicial Selection Committee since 1983.

In addition, Mr. Graziano was the President of the Hamilton Township Soccer Association, from 1979 to 1991. He was a captain in the New Jersey National Guard from 1974 to 1980.
